Koza Live was established in 2008 which has 7 demo chefs.
Koza Live Kitchen is responsible of research and Development of new flavours and also responsible to increase the level of product knowledge and professionalism of its team since the day it was established.
At Koza Gıda, everything starts in the kitchen… We can say that the ‘’live kitchen’’ at Koza Gıda is giving our customers the best service and has a vital role just like a heart does. Every missing element, every innovation, every need are determined and produced in this kitchen. All our employees from every department come to Koza Live kitchen in order to improve themselves, learn and understand our customers.
To conclude, every plate at Koza Gıda comes out from a real kitchen.
By designing unique and special recipes to our customers, the different use of our imported products are explained, new ideas are given to enrich their menus and special menus are designed if needed.
During the past 11 years in our Koza Live Kitchen and pastry studio, over 150 trainings in different topics were given to thousands of chefs, buyers and managers. In addition to this, by opening our kitchen to our customers in different time periods, we organised open house activities that allowed them to see our products from specific categories closely.
Around 40 presentations with worldwide known chefs from the brands that we work with, were done at our Koza Live Kitchen and cooking school auditoriums.
There are trainings where our sales team are periodically given practical and theoretical knowledge about all of our products and their usage in our training kitchen.
